Step by Step

The User Journey

Before the individual screens, the following walkthrough explains how a brand moves through Veriweave from start to finish. The platform guides the user seamlessly from sign up to compliance, replacing a fragmented chain of brokers, auditors and freight agents with one accountable workflow.

01

The brand creates an account

A UK or EU fashion brand signs up and, at the first screen, chooses whether it is a brand (sourcing) or a supplier (selling), which routes it into the correct side of the platform. It enters basic details or signs up instantly with Google, with the platform’s three promises in view from the first moment.

02

The brand logs in securely

On return, the brand signs in with its email and password or single sign-on, with “remember me” and password-recovery options — secure, low-friction access that reinforces the trusted-platform experience.

03

The brand discovers verified suppliers.

Inside the platform, the brand searches the supplier directory and filters by country, certification, product type and minimum order quantity. Every supplier appears with its VeriScore™ rating, certifications and a “verified” marker, so the brand compares on trust and compliance, not price alone.

04

The brand assesses a supplier through the VeriScore™

Opening a profile, the brand sees the proprietary VeriScore™ (for example, 94/100), a full compliance and ESG breakdown, and the supplier’s capabilities and delivery record. An opaque overseas factory becomes a transparent, decision-ready, audit-ready profile.

05

The brand orders and pays safely through escrow

When the brand places an order, payment is held by an FCA-authorised partner and released against agreed production milestones — deposit, production, pre-shipment inspection and final release — removing the biggest fear of trading with an unknown overseas supplier and giving both sides a documented record.

The brand stays compliant and export-ready.

Finally, the compliance dashboard turns the data captured during sourcing and ordering into audit-ready outputs: each product’s compliance status, Digital Product Passport (DPP) readiness, and one-click export of documentation — so the brand can prove its ethical claims and meet UK and EU rules without specialist staff.

In summary, Veriweave guides a brand seamlessly from sign up → log in → discover → verify → pay → comply. The screens that follow illustrate each step of this journey in turn.
